Days shaped by the land, not an itinerary
The estate asks very little of you. What follows is how guests tend to spend their time—nothing booked, nothing scheduled.

The land after sundown
Tallgrass leans in the evening wind, the wooded ridges go dark first, and the sky over the Loess Hills turns through amber and rose before the stars arrive. Deer move along the field edges; whip-poor-wills start up somewhere below the ridge.
Trails, wildlife, sunsets and quiet — the natural character of the property is the point of the place, not an add-on to it.

Along the Trails
More than five miles of private trails wind across wooded ridges, open grassland, and the rolling Loess Hills. Set out for a quiet morning hike, explore the property by mountain bike, or take your time watching for the abundant wildlife that moves through the ranch.

On the Water
The ranch offers excellent fishing and a private dock for slow mornings by the lake. Cast a line, settle in beside the water, or simply watch the light and landscape change throughout the day.

Back at the House
After exploring, unwind in the private outdoor dry sauna or gather for a relaxed meal around the large outdoor dining table. A cornhole set offers a little friendly competition while everyone settles into the slower rhythm of the ranch.

After Dark
As evening arrives, gather around the large outdoor fire pit or enjoy the easy warmth of the gas fire feature. With very little surrounding light pollution, nights at the ranch are made for conversation, stargazing, and staying outside a little longer.
Season by Season
Every season, a different ranch
Spring green and birdsong, long summer evenings, autumn color across the hills, and the clean stillness of winter—every season brings a different way to experience the ranch.
