Before you arrive

How many guests can the estate accommodate?: Loess Lakes Ranch accommodates a maximum of eight overnight guests across three bedrooms. The home includes one king bed, four full-size beds and an additional king-size sleeper sofa.
Are pets welcome?: Yes, pets are welcome. Guests are responsible for supervising their pets, cleaning up after them and preventing damage to the home, grounds and wildlife habitat.
What time is check-in and checkout?: Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM.
Is the ranch shared with anyone else?: No. The home and designated guest areas of the 300-acre estate are reserved for one group at a time.
Are there security cameras?: Exterior security cameras are located at property entrances for home security. There are no indoor security cameras.
What safety equipment is provided?: The home includes smoke alarms, carbon-monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
Can we host a small gathering?: Small private gatherings are considered individually. Standard overnight reservations do not include hunting, weddings, events or access for unregistered visitors — these require a separate advance inquiry and written approval.
What is the cancellation policy?: Reservations made directly through our booking page are governed by the direct-booking terms shown at checkout. Airbnb reservations are governed by the cancellation policy Airbnb displays.
