Exchange vows beside the water, gather beneath the trees and celebrate with the people who matter most. Set across 300 private acres, Loess Lake Ranch offers a peaceful alternative to the traditional wedding venue — one shaped by open landscapes, wooded trails, quiet water and the unhurried character of the ranch.

We are exploring a limited number of thoughtfully planned weddings and private events for up to 75 attendees. Each event will be considered individually so the experience remains personal, respectful of the land and uniquely suited to the people gathering here.

A New Life for the Ranch Barn

We are envisioning a thoughtful transformation of one of the ranch’s original agricultural structures into a relaxed, open-air gathering space. Preserving its weathered wood, exposed beams and authentic ranch character, the barn could become a welcoming setting for intimate receptions, rehearsal gatherings and evenings beneath warm string lights.

Planning

A Thoughtful, Flexible Approach

Loess Lake Ranch provides the setting while couples and event hosts assemble the professional team that fits their vision. Catering, bartending, rentals, transportation and coordination will be arranged through appropriately licensed and insured outside vendors. Our team will work with each host to establish the event layout, approved property areas, lodging arrangements and weekend schedule.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or constitute a reservation. Event offerings, capacities and venue features remain subject to applicable approvals and the completion of planned improvements.
